The Monday letter for your store

Know what sold.
Know what to
do next.

Every Monday, Cashwrap reads your store's own Shopify numbers and sends one short letter: what's selling, what's sitting, and the one thing worth doing about it.

Read it with your coffee. Act on one thing.

For independent shops on Shopify. No dashboard. Just a letter. Read-only, nothing to set up after the install.

Reorders to check
Sitting is what you paid for stock that isn't moving. The sold-out figure is what those items sold in the last 30 days, not a forecast.

From your Shopify sales and inventory. Stock counts don't show reorders already on the way. Dollar figures are each item's sales over the last 30 days.

One move

It tells you the one thing to do.

Every letter opens with a single move: a reorder to place, a rep to call, a shelf to clear. Not a list. The one thing that's worth your Monday, with the number that makes it worth it.

What's selling

The week, and the items behind it.

Up or down against the same Monday to Sunday last year, not the same calendar dates. Then the items: what sold out, what's down to the last few and how many days until it's gone, and the dollars each one did in the last 30 days. With two stores, which one took the week.

Sitting

What's sitting, at what it cost you.

Stock that isn't moving, counted in the dollars you paid for it, with months of supply at the current pace. Each square is one on the shelf. Measured, never forecast.

Why it earns its keep

One good decision can pay for the month.

You don't need another report. You need to know which product to reorder, which shelf needs attention, and where your money is sitting. Cashwrap finds the details that are easy to miss when you're busy running the shop, and puts a number on each one.

From the sample issue Three numbers, one Monday.
$900Sitting on one shelf, at cost

Measured from the store's own numbers, never forecast. The letter says what sold and what it cost, and leaves the promises out.

How it works

Three steps, and the third one repeats.

1

Tell us about your store.

The form below. Your name, your store, your Shopify address.

2

Install from the link we send.

Two minutes in your Shopify admin. The access is read-only, and you can remove it any time.

3

Monday morning, the letter arrives.

In your inbox, and your partner's or your manager's if you add them. Read it. Make the move. Reply if a card was useful, or wasn't. That's how it gets better.

What it reads

Your numbers stay yours.

The letter is built from the same sales and inventory reports you already see in Shopify. The app asks Shopify for four read-only permissions: reports, products, inventory and locations. It can't read orders or customers, because it never asks to, and it can't change anything in your store.
